Pretty in Pink Fitness is Casselberry's only women-only strength training gym. Our mission is to help women build muscle, improve confidence, and finally feel at home in a gym built just for them.

We combine evidence-based strength training with a warm, supportive environment where women at every stage of life can train like athletes without feeling judged or out of place.
